Scientific Journals In Medicinal Plants

In-depth knowledge of chemistry of medicinal plants is required to understand multiple factors of plants as raw materials for the extracts and production of plant based drugs to be marketed. Unfortunately this factor is not given its due priority in the use of medicinal herbs. This is evident for the increasing number of research and documentation in journal related to medicinal chemistry. Thus there remain a large number of plants that have not been studied by researchers and these finding have not been published as research material in journals. Such research material with the general properties of plants and their uses will benefit medical professionals. Recent studies of this nature have lead to increased understanding of the uses of compound derived from medicinal plants.
