 The assortment, grounding and circulation of the news, feature materials and related commentary through the print and electronic mode media such as newspapers, books, publications,  magazines, webcasts, social networking , blogs, podcasts, and social media sites and e-mail as well as through radio, motion pictures and television is knowns as Journalism. The word journalism was originally applied to the coverage of recent events in the printed form, precisely through newspapers, but with the initiation of radio, television and the Internet in the 20th century the use of the term widened to contain all printed and electronic communications dealing with contemporary affairs.
