scholarly journal publishing system so as to raise understand what went on and to assist authors, publishers, librarians, readers, and library funders avoid mistakes of the past when handling emerging electronic
journals and article distribution. This paper describes current scientific journal publishing within us, trends over the past twenty years, and data that help explain the worth and demand relationship involving individual and institutional subscriptions. This major international journal provides structure, policy programmes, including their historical development, ideology, a forum for the analysis of political parties, electoral and campaign strategies, and their role within the various national and international political systems of which they're a neighbourhood. All authors should invite unbiased and expert reviewers who will provide critical feedback. Positive reviews lacking in substantial constructive feedback will be closely scrutinized by our editors and may result in article rejection. Think of it this way - your peer reviewers will be reviewed, therefore inviting credible reviewers is of paramount importance.
