Cancer is a defined illness by limitless growth of the cells. There are different types of cancer that are categorized by the predominantly affected cell type. When continuously damaged cells divide, it affects the body to form tissue clusters called tumors. The tumors will develop and inhibit the mechanism that alters the function of the entire body. Benign and malignant are the two major tumor types that affect the physiological system and, depending on the type of tumor, have far-reaching consequences. Benign tumor is not cancerous, and can be quickly removed. Whereas malignant tumors may spread in the body's vital organs due to metastasis, and may invade nearby tissues. By definition, malignant tumours are cancerous.
