Scholarly Democracy Journal
A system of state by the entire population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. The form of government of Classical Athens, for instance, granted democratic citizenship to an elite class of free men and excluded slaves and ladies from political participation. Scholarly journal may be a peer-reviewed journal during which scholarship concerning a specific academic discipline is published. Scholarly
