Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a heterogeneous condition marked by hyperandrogenism and recurrent anovulation. Based on the diagnosis parameters, approximately 6% and 20% of reproductive age people are impaired. Symptoms of PCOS develop in early pubertal years. All usual female pubertal growth and PCOS are distinguished by abnormal menstrual periods, annovulation and acne. Owing to the dynamic interwoven pathophysiology, it is challenging to distinguish the triggering triggers. The majority of clinical data available communicate findings and outcomes in grown women. While the Rotterdam guidelines for adult women are agreed, separate medical requirements for PCOS in young girls have been established. Diagnostic features of young women include menstruation irregularity, clinical hyperandrogenism, and/or hyperandrogenemia.
