Pharmacoepidemiology Articles Open Access

The clinical assessment of drugs prior to approval is based on the clinical trial's experimental design of drug dosage randomization. The Pharmacoepidemiology is the study of interactions between drugs and human populations, studying the advantages, threats and usage of drugs in real life environments. Pharmacoepidemiology applies both pharmacology and epidemiology approaches and/or logic to the medicines. Pharmacoepidemiology development should improve the rational use of the drugs. It is therefore necessary to compare these experimental data from clinical trials with the actual use of medicinal products in the clinical practice.A bridge science that covers both clinical pharmacology and epidemiology, can be named.
