Omphalo Ischiopagus Tripus News
The frequency of thoraco-omphalo-ischiopagus tripus or joint twins (CT) is quite rare in mozygotic twins and is classified as symmetric CT unions. Here is presented a case of joint twins with type thoraco- omphalo ischiopagus as well as a review of differential diagnosis. The twins had two heads, two upper extremity pairs, and three lower limbs. They also shared a single beating heart with thorax, abdomen and pelvis. The earliest example of conjoined twins comes back to a statue that belongs to the sixth century, and is now kept in a museum. As mentioned earlier, the frequency of conjoint twins is estimated to be 1 in 50,000 to 100,000 live births, and is believed to be related to a late cleavage of embryonic disk after fertilization (days 13 and over). Most of the worldwide joint twin’s report are females. The study results also indicated that only 60 percent of the conjoined twins were born alive. In fact, joint twins are often born with greater levels of anomalies than other infants, thus the probability of survival as a result is smaller. Innovations are the implementation of innovative approaches to address emerging needs, in articulated needs or current industry requirements. It is proficient by making more efficient products, processes, services, technologies, or new ideas readily available to markets, governments, and society. Innovations are something original and novel that breaks into the market or society as a significant, new one.
