Law-journals-list
Law may be a system of rules that are enforced through social institutions to control behaviour. Laws are often made by legislatures through legislation (resulting in statutes), the chief through decrees and regulations, or judges through binding precedent (normally in common
law jurisdictions). Private individuals can create legally binding contracts, including (in some jurisdictions) arbitration agreements which will elect to simply accept alternative arbitration to the traditional court process. The formation of laws themselves could also be influenced by a constitution (written or unwritten) and therefore the rights encoded therein. The
law shapes politics, economics, and society in various ways and is a mediator of relations between people. Journal is an updated record of the actual topic which stores or saves the day to day data of the subject .
