 Forensic pathology  is that the discipline of pathology concerned with the investigation of deaths where there are medico-legal implications, for instance , suspected homicides, death in custody and other complex medico-legal cases. Forensic pathology  may be a sub-specialty of pathology that focuses on determining the explanation for death by examining a corpse.  Forensic Pathologists specialise in the examination of deceased people.
