Drug Safety High Impact Factor Journals

High-impact publications are those which are considered highly important in their fields. Journal impact factor provides a quantitative evaluation tool for the grading, evaluation, sorting, and comparison of similar journals. It represents the average number of citations to recent papers published in science and social science journals in a given year or time, and is often used as a proxy for a journal's relative importance within its field. It is first conceived by the Institute for Scientific Information president, Eugene Garfield. A journal's impact factor is calculated by dividing the amount of current year citations into the source items published in that journal during the previous two years.
