 Solute carrier membrane transporters (SLCs) management cell exposure to small-molecule medication, there by tributary to drug effectiveness and failure and/or adverse effects. Moreover, SLCs are genetically connected to varied diseases. Hence, in-depth information of SLC operation is key for a stronger understanding of malady pathophysiology and also the drug development method.
