Carcinoma Pathology Scholarly Journal

Carcinoma, a cancerous growth of skin surface tissues (epithelial), digestive tract, blood vessels and various organs. Carcinoma cells tend to invade healthy tissues around them and cause secondary growth (metastasis) that is distant from the original tumour. Carcinomas may develop in the reproductive tract, mucous membranes, lungs, and other internal organs and glands, including the liver , pancreas, thyroid, ovaries, and prostate, in addition to the skin and digestive tract. Nervous system, blood, bone and muscle cancers aren't carcinomas. Pathology is a major discipline of modern medicine, dealing with a disease's cause, origin, mechanism, and diagnosis. Basic pathology research involves studying various cancers, infectious diseases, inflammation, immunology, and the development of new classifications of diseases, and diagnostic techniques. Clinical pathology research mainly involves patient outcomes correlation and treatment responses with human disease surgical pathology diagnosis.
