Bone Marrow Edema High Impact Factor Journals

Bone marrow edema is a condition where excess fluid builds up and causes swelling within the bone marrow. Sometimes it is caused by an injury reaction, such as a broken bone or bruise, or a more serious condition such as osteoporosis. Possibilities for diagnosis include rest, medication, steroid injections or surgery. Surgery is only recommended if non-surgical treatments do not offer any relief from BME symptoms. Surgery is used for conditions such as fixing the weakened ligament, pin fractures, and tumor removal. Oedema to the bone marrow occurs with age rise. Typically speaking, bone marrow has three parts that are bony part, fat part, portion of the development of blood cells. All three servings are present in general ratios in the young age. When the age increases the portion of blood cell production declines and the fatty portion increases which contributes to edema of the bone marrow.
