An herb is a component of a
plant or
plant used for its aroma, taste, or therapeutic properties. One type of dietary supplement is herbal medicine. They are sold as tablets , capsules, powders, teas, extracts, and plants that are fresh or dried. People use herbal medicines to try to maintain their health, or improve it. Many people think products that are labeled as "natural" are always safe and good for them. That doesn't necessarily mean true. Herbal herbal goods do not have to go through the drug screening. Some herbs can cause serious harm, for example comfrey and ephedra. Some herbs may interact with over-the-counter or prescription medicines. If you are considering using a herbal remedy, get
information about it from reputable sources first. Be sure to tell your
health care provider about any herbal medicinal products you take. Journal article is often referred to as a science paper, a peer-reviewed paper, or a scholarly research article. Journal
articles are often referred to together as The Literature in a given field. Many often journal publications are primary research papers. They may also be Review Articles, however. These kinds of
articles have different purposes and demands. Often, a new tool or approach is defined in an article.
