Toxicity: The degree to which a substance (a toxin or poison) can harm humans or animals. Acute toxicity involves harmful effects in an organism through one or short-term exposure. Subchronic toxicity is that the ability of a toxic substance to cause effects for quite one year but but the lifetime of the exposed organism. Chronic toxicity is that the ability of a substance or mixture of drugs to cause harmful effects over an extended period, usually upon repeated or continuous exposure, sometimes lasting for the entire life of the exposed organism. A week or two before your period starts, you'll notice bloating, headaches, mood swings, or other physical and emotional changes. These monthly symptoms are referred to as PMS , or PMS. About 85% of girls experience a point of PMS. A few have more severe symptoms that disrupt work or personal relationships, referred to as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). Many women get specific cravings when PMS strikes, often for sweet or salty foods like cake . The reasons for this aren't really clear. Other women may lose their appetite or get an upset stomach. Bloating and constipation are also common. Acne is one among the foremost common signs of PMS, and it doesn't just affect teenagers. Hormonal changes can cause glands in the skin to produce more sebum.
