 Supply chain is a system of facilities and procedure that procure of raw materials, and transform them into intermediate fine goods and leading to final products, and finally deliver the products to consumer through a distribution system that includes a multi-echelon inventory of system. It spans manufacturing, procurement, with effective inventory management as one key element. In order to fill them efficiently, it is necessary to understand the linkages and interrelationships of all the key elements of the supply chain. It is also necessary that the study investigates the effect of Supply Chain Integration (SCI) on the performance of supply chains. The study investigates the effect of operational, information and relational integration of supply chains and how they affect the performance of supply chain. Also relational integration should be done with more caution because of its underlying elements of trust and long-term commitments.
