Skeletal Dysplasia Top Open Access Journals
Skeletal dysplasia is the medical term for what many people call dwarfism. This is a general term that includes hundreds of conditions that can affect your child's bone growth and cartilage. The types of bone dysplasia are generally classified by which part of the bone is involved. They may include bracing, growth
hormone therapy, medication and physical therapy. However, in some cases
surgery may be needed to repair damaged bones and improve the comfort and quality of your child's life as he gets older. Open access
journals best meet the need for broadcasting scientific and scientific knowledge without financial or copyright barriers. Skeletal dysplasia is a genetic condition. This is caused by a defect in certain genes, known as genetic mutations. Each type of bone dysplasia is relatively rare.
