Scholarly Journals In Cellular Trafficking

Scholarly journals in cell trafficking include Successful viral infection depends on the ability of the virus to evade the innate immune response mediated by hosta interferon (IFN) and thus prevent antiviral cell establishment. Viral evasion of IFN immunity is mediated by multifunctional IFN-antagonist proteins encoded by viruses that interact with various host factors, including  Intracellular signaling and effector molecules of the IFN system; therefore, IFN antagonists represent possible targets for antiviral therapies, but the molecular events underlying their roles are currently poorly described. Using live-cell imaging, molecular / cell biology and animal-infection reverse genetic approaches, we investigated the roles of the archetypal IFN antagonist.
