 Satellite imagery (also Earth observation imagery or spaceborne photography) are photographs of Earth or other planets obtained by imaging satellites operated by governments and companies around the world. Companies satellite imagery sell images by licensing them to governments and companies like Apple Maps and Google Maps. The satellite imagery applications are used world wide.
