The risk assessment is a collaborative effort to identify and evaluate potential future incidents that could have a negative impact on individuals, properties and/or the environment called as risk analysis and to make judgments on the tolerability of the risk based on a risk analysis when considering influencing factors is called risk assessment. The results of this process can be represented quantitatively or qualitatively.Risk assessment is an inherent part of a broader risk management strategy to help eliminate any potential risk-related consequences. In individual cases, risk assessment is required including patient and physician interactions. Individual risk assessments or judgements can be influenced by psychological , cultural, religious or otherwise subjective factors that influence the process's rationality. A systematic examination of patients and doctors found that overestimation of benefits and understatement of risks occurred more frequently than alternative.
