To maintain good body structure and mobility healthy strong bones are required. The weight of the body and protection of thee organs depends on the Skelton frame work of the body. Calcium and phosphorous are the important minerals which are required and stored in bones. The condition of Bones cells namely Osteoclasts and Osteoblasts when in imbalance in people having bone disease related to kidney failure is termed as Renal Oeteodystrophy. It may cause bone to break easily and can harden soft tissues such has the heart and can lead to death in people with end stage renal disorder. The relationship of calcium parathyroid hormone –vitamin D with importance on pathogenesis and genetics is a great interest of study and innovations .
