Proteomics High Impact Factor Journals
Proteomics is the large-scale study of proteins. Proteome is a
group of proteins that are produced in an system, organism, or biological. We may refer, for example, to a proteome of a
species (e.g., gay spines) or an organ (e.g., the liver). The proteome is not fixed; It is different from cell to cell and changes over time. To some extent, the proteome reflects the basic transcript. However, protein activity (often estimated by the response rate of the processes involved in the protein) is modulated by many factors in addition to the level of expression of the relevant gene. A number of high-throughput technologies have been developed to investigate protein depth.
