Pranayama Open Access Journals
Our body resembles the wick of a light, and the
brain resembles the shine surrounding it. Prana is the indispensable vitality required by our physical and unpretentious layers, without which the body would die. It is the prana or life power in us that feeds the
brain and keeps the body alive. Prana alludes to the widespread life power and ayama intends to control or stretch.
Pranayama implies working in the component of prana. Prana makes an
atmosphere around the body. It courses through a huge number of unobtrusive vitality channels called nadis and vitality focuses called chakras. The amount and nature of prana and the manner in which it moves through the nadis and chakras decides one's perspective. On the off chance that the prana level is high and its stream is nonstop, smooth, and consistent, the
brain resists the urge to panic and keeps us positive, and happy. In any case, the absence of
information and regard for one's breath could cause incomplete blockages in the nadis and chakras. Lamentably, this prompts a jerky and broken prana stream. Accordingly, one encounters expanded concerns, dread, vulnerability, pressures, struggle and other negative characteristics. Each difficult first produces in the unpretentious and afterward surfaces on the physical level. Affliction appears in your prana (pranic body) much before you become ill genuinely.
