 Positive psychology is one among the most recent branches of psychology to emerge. This particular area of psychology focuses on the way to help citizenry prosper and lead healthy, happy lives. While many other branches of psychology tend to specialise in dysfunction and abnormal behavior, positive psychology is centered on helping people become happier. Positive psychology is that the scientific study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals and communities to thrive. Positive psychology strives on the assumption that folks want to steer meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what's best within them, and to reinforce their experiences of affection , work and play.
