Ornithology Journals

Ornithology is a branch of zoological science which explains how birds are studied. The word "ornithology" is etymologically derived from the traditional Greek words. Due to the high visibility and also the aesthetic attractiveness of birds, many aspects of zoology disagree with connected disciplines. Most notable among these is the extent of studies undertaken by amateurs operating the parameters of strict scientific methodology at intervals.   Zoology science has a long history and bird studies have helped develop many key ideas in evolution, behavior and ecology such as species definition, method of evolution, instinct, learning, ecological niches, guilds, biological science on the islands, phylogeography, and conservation.
