Organizational behavior management (OBM) may be a subdiscipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) dedicated to the applying of behavior analytic principles among structure settings. Through these principles and assessment of behavior, OBM seeks to research and use antecedent, influencing actions of a private before the action happens, and consequence, what happens as a results of someone’s actions, interventions that influence behaviors connected to the mission and key objectives of the organization and its employees.
