Migrainous Women Scholarly Journal

Migraine is a neurological entity and  it’s a well  known independent risk factor for cerebral infraction which mainly affect only the young female population. The etiologic of central nervous system (CNS) ischemia is considerable. Migraine, though also may be included in this vast etiological range which is called as migrainous infection. Migraine is a risk factor connected  with cerebral ischemia mainly in women under the age of 45 years who use an smoke tobacco and oral contraceptive (independent risk factors). Migraine with aura presents the relative risk of 2.16 (confidence interval 95%, 1.53-3.03), although there are controversies in the literature. The presence of migraine in children with ischemic stroke in the study of Mackay et al.9 was 3%. The frequency of migraine attacks also affects the risk of ischemic stroke; that is, the greater the number of attacks, the greater the risk.
