 Microbiological pollution is typically a natural type of pollution caused by microorganisms. differing kinds of microorganisms board water and cause fish, land animals and humans to become unwell. Microorganisms like bacterium ,Viruses and Protozoa Serious diseases like Indian cholera cause from microorganisms that lives in water. These diseases sometimes affects health of individuals in poorer countries as they are doing not have the facilities to treat contaminated water. usually speaking contamination happens if any a part of a system, product or drugs gets in-tuned with the microbiological pathogens wherever it ought to be sterile. for instance if a medical instrument is contaminated with pathogens then the result may well be a surgical wound infection. Contamination in infusion settings could occur once pathogens area unit carried within the infusion system, principally happening throughout manipulation . Outbreak investigations have revealed that contamination from polluted sources occur throughout the long food chain during the production of fresh produce and livestock, that is, while growing the plants or raising food animals . Many factors throughout all stages of the food production and distribution system can affect food safety. However, since the microbial pollution affects the food chain at the early stages, that is the pre-harvest ones, the current review focuses on the animal production before slaughter and the growing of fresh produce.
