media are tools for the transfer of data , concepts, and concepts to both general and specific audiences.the use of
mass media are often counterproductive if any of the channels used aren't audience-appropriate, or if the message being delivered is controversial. They are many side effects usually are often avoided through proper formative research, knowledge of the audience, experience in linking many
media channels to audiences, and message testing.
