Integrative Medicine combines modern medicine with established practices from round the world. By joining modern medicine with proven practices from other healing traditions, integrative practitioners are better ready to relieve suffering, reduce stress, and maintain the well-being of their patients. Although the culture of
biomedicine is predominant within the U.S., it coexists with many other healing traditions. Many of those approaches have their roots in non-Western cultures. Others countries have developed within the West, but outside what's considered conventional practice . Innovations are new idea, device or process. Innovations are the appliance of higher solutions that meet new requirements, inarticulate needs or existing market needs. it's proficient through simpler products, processes, services, technologies, or new ideas that are readily available to markets, governments and society. Innovations are something original and novel, as a big .Research within the growing field of Integrative Medicine comes with a group of unique challenges. The first, most blatant challenge has got to do with the core differences between
biomedicine and therefore the various sorts of CAM (Complementary/Alternative Medicine) that are integrated into conventional practice in IM.
