It causes the body to release
dopamine when someone encounters a craving for worthing food. It stimulates our appetite and makes us feel hungry and even if the body doesn't need it, makes us want more. So when our body feels hungry we should take a lot of water. This is because the body will stop sending signals to
brain when the stomach is full of water that it wants food. A second method of regulating the food is to take adequate rest or nap. There are two sleep regulated hormones, leptin and ghrelin, and theses
hormones also regulate appetite. Proteins regulate how much we consume, by providing a feeling of completeness. Therefore including proteins throughout the breakfast can help a individual consume fewer during the day such that he regulates the person's diet. Similarly, fiber makes us feel full earlier and it stays longer in the stomach than other substances we eat, slowing down the rate of digestion and making us feel full. Fiber often helps the food pass through the digestive tract more efficiently such that most of the food becomes consumed. May also help in controlling the diet by having some fruits. Adiponectin is a
hormone which our body produces. This helps avoid elevated blood pressure from consuming the body fat as well. The amount of adiponectin produced declines as the volume of fat in the body rises. So the fruits containing the pigment called acanthocyanins may be taken to boost the level of adiponectin. It is possible to take fruits which produce acanthocyanins such as blackberries, dark cherries and pomegranates. These increasing the adiponectin amount in the body while regulating the person's
nutrition and retaining safe, self-regulatory weight.
