Entrepreneurship Group Journals
The entrepreneurship group journal list exists for management,
finance , accounting, and
administration discussion and dissemination. The main goal of the
articles should be on methods and new techniques, or the novel application of existing techniques. While papers that apply immediately to specific engineering issues are welcome, papers are also welcome as a basis for further development in the study area. Female entrepreneurship’s psychological factors, with particular emphasis on personality and motivational factors addressing a deficiency in current literature. Through the use of two psychometric measures, the Measurement of Entrepreneurial Tendencies and Abilities, and the Inventory of Motives, Values and Preferences, female entrepreneurs are strongly motivated by a need for power, trade, logical decision-making, aesthetics and a need for change. Empirical research has generally shown that the degree of
education is a major component leading to an independent choice of jobs.
