Cochlear implant is a device that will give people with  moderate to profound sensory neural loss of hearing. This hearing aid increase the clarity of sound and the ability to understand the speech will be improved. This aid will help people to recover there confidence in social situations. People with cochlear implants will be eight times better in hearing and understanding than people using other hearing implants. After surgery the rehabilitation and training are required to achieve the most possible hearing ability. In some cases there will some risks in implanting this device. Risks includes bleeding, swelling, dizziness, leakage in spinal fluid, and so on.
