The case report discusses the rare clinical entity of vaginal melanoma in an elderly lady. This case highlights the necessity for correct evaluation of postmenopausal women presenting with bleeding per vaginum. during this report the authors review the diagnostic evaluation to be wiped out a female presenting with bleeding per vaginum with suspected melanoma and available treatment options for vaginal melanoma.
