Cell seperation is a treatment in which viable
cells are inserted, grafted or implanted into a patient in order to obtain a therapy purpose, for example through transplanting T-cells capable of battling
cancer cells by cell-mediated immunity through immunotherapy, or by
grafting stem
cells to regenerate diseased tissue. Stem cell therapy works by promoting natural processes of repairing infected cells,
tissues , and organs and preventing the natural recovery of cells. The use of living
cells as therapeutic agents. Possible examples include dendritic
cells to initiate immune responses to specific cancers; stem
cells as a source for tissue replacement, repair, or delivery of genes; and
tumor cells to create
immune system antigen targets.
