Case Reports And Ethical Rules
Case report submission should follow some specific rules. The manuscript preparation must be scientifically done. It is necessary to protect the patient or the caseâidentification. The name or other
information that can be traced back to the identification must be blinded. Also, the picture of the patient has to be blinded (the blinded of eye is required if the case is not . Confidentiality must be gently managed. The submission of the case for publication must follow medical article publication ethics. The misconduct in submission is not acceptable. The problems to be avoided include plagiarism, fabrication and falsification. The issues on ghost and gift authors should be ethically managed as well.
