The purpose cardio exercise and activities  can strengthen heart and muscles, burn calories, help to control appetite, also help you sleep better at night, reduce arthritis pain and stiffness through joint movement.The minimum amount of cardiovascular exercise is 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity aerobic activity. Doing cardiovascular for 20 to 60 minutes aims to target heart rate zone.
