Bio-mechanics-future:

Biomechanics can be useful to individuals, analyzing their movements and training them for more effective movement throughout exercise and sports movement. An individual’s running gait or golf swing can be recorded and references made for them to change and advance it. It can be used in the design of clothing, sports equipment, shoes, and the fields and services where sports are played. A shoe can be designed for the best act for a middle-distance runner or a racket for the best hold. Biomechanics can study sports techniques and training systems and develop ways to make them more effective. This can include basic study into how hand position affects thrust in swimming. It can propose and examine new training techniques based on the mechanical demands of the sport, intended at resulting in better performance. It can be applied to studying the treatment, causes, and prevention of sports injuries. The research examines the forces at work that can lead to an ankle sprain and how shoe design or the playing exterior might reduce the risk of injury.  As it were, sport biomechanics is the study of clarifying how and why the human body moves in the manner that it does. To the extent this, there are skeletal, strong and neurological considerations we similarly need to consider while delineating biomechanics.
