Autoimmune diseases are an abnormal immune response when body tissues are attacked by own immune system. It can diagnose by unusual antibodies circulating in the body. They are more than 80 types of identified autoimmune disease, mostly have same symptoms as inflammation, redness, pain, swelling and heat and can be treated by immunosuppression drugs which slows down the immune response. Peer review refers work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications are not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals. The impact factor of journal is calculated by number of current year citations to the source items published in particular journal during the previous two years.
