This approach has witnessed substantial advancements, leading to enhanced diagnostic accuracy, reduced invasiveness, and improved patient outcomes. The techniques employed in pediatric interventional imaging encompass a wide spectrum of procedures. Fluoroscopy-guided interventions, including angiography and cardiac catheterization, offer real-time visualization of blood vessels, aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, vascular anomalies, and other cardiovascular conditions. Ultrasound-guided procedures enable precise localization of targets, facilitating biopsies, drainages, and injections with minimal discomfort to the pediatric patient.
