Yoga Therapy Peer-review Journals

Yoga therapy has been exposed as an effective intervention for treating chronic or recurrent LBP. Yoga practice may increase muscle strength, endurance, proprioception, and equilibrium while emphasizing movement through a full range of motion (ROM) to increase flexibility and flexibility. For example, the rhythmic intervals of breath retention during yoga therapy could help rhythmic intervals of lumbar stability. The kinetics affecting intra-abdominal pressure gradients may proceed independent of conscious, neuromuscular control. However, previous studies on yoga therapy mostly utilized pain/disability questionnaires or quality of life tools to compare the limited efficiency following the intervention. Peer review journals refer to the work done in the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to achieve accepted standards and reduces the dissemination of inappropriate findings, unwarranted claims, inappropriate interpretations, and personal comments. Academic scholars and professionals believe that publications that have not been subject to peer review.
