Also yoga therapist have began to develop treat modalities for children with autism.Yoga therapy is used to boost the neurotransmitter GABA(gamma-amino butyric acid) GABA levels are more important and treat people who experience substance abuse, anxiety and depression. Yoga therapy is practiced in wide range of formats therapy implements some of the yoga techniques in their delivery of massage and other treatments. Some of the yoga therapy include breathing excercises, physical postures, meditation, guided imagery, homework.
