Yoga Therapy Journals
Yoga is a cluster of physical, mental, and profound practices or teaches which began in old India.
Yoga is one of the six Āstika (universal) schools of Hindu philosophical conventions.
There is a wide assortment of
yoga schools, practices, and objectives in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The expression "Yoga" in the Western world frequently means a cutting edge type of hatha
yoga and
yoga as exercise, comprising to a great extent of the stances or asanas.
The act of
yoga has been thought to go back to pre-vedic Indian customs; perhaps in the Indus valley human advancement around 3000 BCE.
