The squamous cell  carcinoma cancers are often referred to as squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck. In  general term the head  and the neck cancer  that covers many different types of cancer. In terms of their localization the cancers can be beningn and malignant and traversing to other parts of the body such as head and neck. These Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) develops in the mucous membranes of the  throat, mouth, and  nose.  HNSCC is mainly  classified by its location. While  chewing and swallowing food the Head and neck cancer can cause pain or a burning sensation in patients and the  patient  may feel like food is stuck in your throat. In the United States Head and neck cancers account for about 4 percent of all cancers.
