Sequencing News Research Articles
Sequencing refers to the techniques used to determine the primary structure of an unbranched
biopolymer (DNA , RNA, protein, carbohydrate) resulting in a symbolic linear representation of the monomeric subunits that sums up much of the molecule's atomic-level structure. DNA
sequencing is any chemical, enzymatic, or technical process used to determine the linear order of DNA nucleotide bases. Sanger
sequencing in the presence of dideoxy nucleotide chain terminator monomers by replicative synthesis has now given way to 'next generation'
sequencing by short parallel read technologies. DNA
sequencing is the process of determining perfect nucleotide order within a molecule of DNA. It includes determining the order of four bases in a DNA strand — adenine , guanine , cytosine, and thymine —. The advances in DNA
sequencing methods have significantly advanced study and exploration in biological and medical fields. DNA
sequencing can be used to evaluate the complete
genome sequence.
