          School psychologists plays a various roles within the school system they help, focus on the development & adjustment of the child in his or her school sitting . they may hold administrative or supervisory positions & are often involved in training teachers & psychologists . school psychologists play a important role in the development of school policies & procedures  They also promote communication between parents, teachers, administrators, and other psychologists in the school system. School psychologists administer & interpret tests and assist the teachers with class room related problems and learning difficulties & also addressing issues behaviour in the classroom & in working with teachers and parents to develop strategies with the behavioural problems.
