Premature Ejaculation Open Access Journals
Premature ejaculation has been estimated that premature ejaculation is a common male sexual condition in 4-39 per cent of men in the general population. While there is insufficient empirical evidence to determine the etiology of premature ejaculation, there is limited evidence that men with PE have high levels of sexual anxiety.Ejaculatory threshold pharmacological modulation using off-label routine or on-demand selective
serotonin reuptake inhibitors is well tolerated and gives patients a high likelihood of achieving improved ejaculatory regulation within a few days of starting care. Research
drugs such as the inhibitor for the transport of eyaculo-selective serotonin, dapoxetine, represent a major development in intercourse medicine. Both medications give patients the ease of on-demand dosing, major changes in IELT, minimally adverse effects of ejaculatory stimulation and intercourse methods.
