 Primary healthcare, states the "necessary health care" scientifically socially and sound acceptable technology and method. This makes universal healthcare available to all families and individuals in the community. It is through their full participation and cost that the community and the state can afford to maintain at every stage of their development in the spirit of self-reliance and self-determination. In other words, PHC is access to health beyond the traditional healthcare system focused on social equity-producing policies. The PHC encompasses all areas that play a role in health, such as environment, access to health care,  and lifestyle. Thus, public health and primary measures, which are together, may be considered as the keystones of worldwide health systems.
