Open Access Women Politics Journals
It mainly focuses on gender, women, and politics in international perspective with a specific emphasis on interaction between the transnational politics and local organizing ; public policy and constructions of gender; national governmental agencies, gender differences in political participation, effects of women’s participation in electoral office, and international governance; activism, and policy outcomes; and queer and transgender politics and policies. The goal is to supply an internationally diverse and broad interdisciplinary approach to the subject that brings diverse experiences and contexts into the frame. Theoretical, empirical, and practice-based studies and submissions from any disciplinary and methodological approach are welcomed. The Journal of International Women’s Studies is an on-line, open-access, peer reviewed feminist journal that gives a forum for scholars, activists, and students to explore the relationships among theories of gender and sexuality and various sorts of organizing and important practice. History is that the first journal devoted exclusively to the international field of women's history. It publishes cutting-edge scholarship from round the globe altogether historical periods. The Journal also promotes comparative and transnational methods and approaches to historical constructions of gender as they shape and are successively shaped by women's experiences.
